The fastest way to reach us is email. Send a note to aiproposal9@gmail.com and we will reply within a few days. We especially want to hear about proposals that won you work, so we can understand what the tool is doing right, and about cases where the output felt off, so we can tune the system prompt.
Before you write
If your question is about how the tool works, the how-it-works page probably answers it. If your question is about writing better proposals in general, the guides under the navigation menu cover most of the common ones. If your question is still unanswered after that, email is the right place.
What we cannot do over email
We cannot write custom proposals for you one-on-one. The tool on the homepage is the service. We also cannot share information about other users, because we do not store any.
Bug reports
If something on the site is broken, a short note with the browser you were using and what you were trying to do is enough to help us reproduce the issue. Screenshots are welcome but not required. Send it all to aiproposal9@gmail.com.
